Prohibited Conduct

Fraudulent Activity

Account Suspension & Closure
kax8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where kax8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false identity or payment information; detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity; suspected money laundering; confirmed underage gambling; abuse of promotions or bon us systems; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; chargebacks initiated against kax8; or any activity that kax8 reasonably believes may harm the integrity of the platform or other players.

Intellectual Property Rights
